With 10+ years of acting experience in several haunted houses. Alexis has featured as an icon character at several haunts, including Warehouse 31 located in Birmingham, AL (2013-2016) and most recently Arx Mortis. In 2016 she featured on the advertising poster and the t shirt for Warehouse 31. Alexis became known for her character Chainsaw Cat // Chainsaw Kitty, and continued on playing Chainsaw Kitty at Arx Mortis haunted house in Killen, AL after leaving Warehouse 31 in 2016. Here she acted in the main crowd (known as an icon character) this was challenging due to the constant demand of staying in character in front of hundreds or even thousands of people throughout the night. Alexis loves acting and thrives with this sort of challenge. The long nights of acting may include dropping into multiple different characters, scenes and taking promotional pictures with patrons and professional photographers for advertisement. Alexis got her first start in haunted house acting at just 10 years old at Sloss Fright Furnace, many of the rolls she played starting out were “victims” therefore Alexis has practice in expressing vulnerability with ease while acting. Alexis previously started at sloss fright furnace at around 10 years old (2009-2013) and continued acting there until she moved to Warehouse 31 (2013-2016) then continued acting at Arx Mortis (from 2016-2020).  She has also appeared in a movie known as “Family of Fear” available on Amazon prime (a haunted house documentary).

Alexis has related background work in movies such as in the 2022 “Teen Wolf” movie as a “stadium crowd” roll for a 3 day shoot. This took place in Georgia. As well as some background work on Hallmark movie ‘A Legacy in Nashville’ filmed in Birmingham, Al.

Alexis grew up taking acting classes and attending theater camps at Alabama School of Fine Arts. Here she featured in many plays (such as “Annie” & “The Lion King”) as a child at the BJCC in Birmingham, AL.

Alexis also took gymnastics and ballet as a child. There are some videos of Aerial Gymnastics / Circus Fitness in the gallery of this website. Alexis is a quick learner and stays in excellent shape so she can easily train for rolls.

Alexis has done some stunt work for the haunted house acting business. Alexis began training with SBG Spartan Fitness MMA training in Birmingham, AL at about 14 years old (2013-now). They have worked on the set of Cobra Kai for stunts and other projects as well related to acting). Alexis is currently a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and loves training Muay Thai.

Alexis has medical training and spent the start of the pandemic in 2020 working in the ER and ICU’s for clinical as a nursing student. She is CPR certified sense 2019. She has years of experience working in the hospital as a nurse assistant and a student nurse.

Medical knowledge and terminology can especially come in handy when it comes to special FX makeup.

Most importantly though Alexis will always show up on time with a good attitude. She values a life of love and gratitude.
